Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 to 39 years old
• People whose resting blood pressure falls within a specific range — at or above 120/80 mmHg but below 140/90 mmHg (sometimes called "elevated" or "stage 1" blood pressure — confirm with trial site if unsure where your reading falls)

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have been diagnosed with, or have a history of, a long-term or immune-related illness such as heart disease, diabetes or other metabolic conditions, kidney disease, hormonal disorders, or cancer
• People who have been diagnosed with, or have a history of, a sleep disorder such as sleep apnea, insomnia, or restless leg syndrome
• People with alcohol or drug dependence
• People assessed as being at elevated risk for a sleep disorder (confirm with trial site on how this is assessed)
• People assessed as being at elevated risk for clinical depression (confirm with trial site on how this is assessed)
• People whose blood pressure is considered normal (below 120/80 mmHg) or is at stage 2 high blood pressure or higher (at or above 140/90 mmHg)
• People whose body mass index (BMI) is below 18.5 or above 35 kg/m²
• People who currently use sleep aids or supplements such as melatonin
• People who currently use medications that affect blood vessels or blood pressure, such as blood pressure medications or weight loss medications
• People who do 300 minutes or more of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per week
• People who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• People who have smoked at least one cigarette in the past month
• People who have worked night shifts or rotating shifts within the last 3 months
• People for whom aerobic exercise would be medically inadvisable (confirm with trial site)
