Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older, of any gender
- People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of pancreatic cancer called pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue or cell samples
- People whose cancer has not spread to distant parts of the body
- People who had surgery to completely remove the cancer (with no cancer cells left at the edges) within the 3 months before joining the trial
- People who are generally well enough to carry out normal daily activities with little or no limitation (confirm with trial site)
- People with a life expectancy of at least 3 months
- People, or their legal guardian, who are able to understand what the study involves and are willing to sign a consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously had radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or surgery for pancreatic cancer
- People who have serious problems with organ function or blood disorders
- People whose cancer involves certain major blood vessels near the pancreas, or whose cancer has spread locally or to distant parts of the body
- People whose overall health is considered too poor to safely tolerate chemotherapy
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years, except for certain early-stage skin or cervical cancers that have been fully treated
- People with serious uncontrolled health conditions such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, active hepatitis B or C, or HIV infection
- People, or their legal guardian, who are unable to understand the goals and requirements of the study
- People who the trial investigator considers unsuitable for participation for any other reason
