- You are experiencing depressive symptoms that are at least mild in severity
- You are able to understand and agree to take part in the study by giving your consent
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a known diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, schizophrenia or a related condition, bipolar disorder, Parkinson's disease, or dementia
