Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 18 and 39 years old
- People who are able to read, make their own decisions, speak verbally, and sign a consent form

- People who are pregnant for the first time, considered low-risk, and are at 26 weeks of pregnancy or further along
Who may not be able to join:

- People who have pregnancy complications such as fetal abnormalities present from birth, or restricted fetal growth diagnosed before 28 weeks, or who are carrying more than one baby
- People who have a psychiatric condition, including known anxiety, depression, or other mental health illness
- People who have a medical condition such as gestational diabetes, thyroid problems, or other hormonal disorders
- People who became pregnant using assisted reproductive techniques, such as IVF or embryo transfer
- People considered at risk of giving birth early (preterm birth)
