- You have a serious heart condition, such as unstable chest pain, a recent heart attack, recent heart bypass or stent surgery (within the last 6 months), significant heart failure, or a severe irregular heartbeat.
- You have an unstable serious illness affecting the liver, kidneys, or metabolism that requires ongoing medication.
- You have an active or uncontrolled infection (other than a mild urinary or common cold-type infection) that has needed treatment in the 7 days before receiving the trial treatment.
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or plan to become pregnant within 2 years of receiving the treatment — this also applies to male participants whose partners plan to become pregnant within 2 years.
- You have previously received a type of treatment called CAR-T therapy or any other gene-modified cell therapy.
- You have taken part in another clinical trial within the last month.
- There are signs that your cancer has spread to your brain or spinal cord.
- You have depression or thoughts of suicide or self-harm.
- The trial doctors have any other concerns that they believe make it unsuitable for you to join (confirm with trial site).
