  • People between 18 and 80 years old who have been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes and have a foot ulcer related to their diabetes, with a blood sugar control reading (HbA1c) at or below 10%

  • People currently being treated with platelet-rich fibrin on their wound
  • Women who are capable of becoming pregnant and are not using effective contraception, or women who are currently breastfeeding
  • People who have serious dysfunction of one or more major organs and whose life expectancy is estimated at less than six months
  • People who have taken part in another clinical trial within the past three months, or who are currently enrolled in another clinical trial
