Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older at the time of giving consent
- People who have been formally diagnosed with multiple myeloma (a type of blood cancer) according to established international diagnostic standards

- For a separate group: People whose myeloma has come back or stopped responding to treatment after 1 or 2 previous treatment courses
- People in the relapsed/refractory group who have previously been treated with two specific types of myeloma medicines known as a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulatory drug
- People in the relapsed/refractory group whose myeloma has shown documented signs of worsening within specific timeframes related to their last treatment (confirm with trial site for exact timeframe details)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously received a type of treatment called CAR T-cell therapy, regardless of what it targeted
- People with known or previously confirmed involvement of multiple myeloma in the brain or spinal cord, or who are showing related symptoms
- People who have or have had a condition called plasma cell leukemia at the time of screening
- People who test positive for HIV
- People with a currently active Hepatitis B infection
- People with a currently active Hepatitis C infection
- People with a serious underlying medical condition (confirm with trial site for specific details)
