Who may be able to join
- Women between the ages of 18 and 65 years
- People who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis by a specialist neurologist and also have bladder symptoms, specifically a score of 9 or higher on the Overactive Bladder-V8 scale and at least two of the following: leaking urine, needing to urinate during the night, going to the toilet more than 8 times during the day, a sudden strong urge to urinate, stopping and starting while urinating, a slow urine stream, or a feeling that the bladder has not fully emptied
- People whose MS is in a mild or moderate stage, meaning a score below 6 on a standard MS disability scale (EDSS)
- People who have not had an MS relapse in the past month
- People who score 24 or above on a standard memory and thinking assessment (Mini-Mental State Examination)
- People who are able to read and write
- People who are willing to take part in the study voluntarily
- People who are able to consciously squeeze and control their pelvic floor muscles
- People whose medications have not changed in the past three months
- People who are able to understand and actively take part in the assessments and activities involved in the study
Who may not be able to join

- People who have been diagnosed with one or more neurological conditions in addition to Multiple Sclerosis
- People with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or higher
- People who have been diagnosed with overflow urinary incontinence (a type of bladder condition where the bladder does not empty properly and leaks)
- People who have previously used a type of bladder medication called antimuscarinics
- People who have advanced pelvic organ prolapse (stage 2 or higher), a condition where pelvic organs have shifted out of their normal position
- People who currently have a urinary tract infection
- People who have had a caesarean section or vaginal birth in the past 6 months
- People who have any other neurological condition that may be causing urinary leakage
- People who have had surgery involving the urinary or reproductive system
- People who have a history of cancer
- People who are currently pregnant or who are not sexually active (confirm with trial site)
- People who have taken part in exercise training or physical therapy for bladder symptoms within the past 6 months
