Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer that has spread to the lining of the abdomen (peritoneum), confirmed by a tissue or fluid sample test.
- Your cancer got worse after receiving standard first-line treatment, and you have not previously received any type of immunotherapy.
- Your general health and ability to carry out daily activities is rated as good to mildly limited (confirm with trial site).
- You are expected to live for at least 24 weeks or more.
- Your blood test results for bone marrow, liver, kidney, and clotting function taken within 7 days before starting the trial meet the required levels, without needing recent blood transfusions or certain blood-boosting medicines to achieve this.

- If you could father or become pregnant, you must agree to use effective contraception during the trial and for 6 months after the last dose.

Who may not be able to join:
- Your blood cell counts or hemoglobin levels are too low (confirm with trial site for specific values).
- Your liver function blood test results are above acceptable levels.
- Your kidney function blood test results are above acceptable levels.
- Your blood clotting test results are above acceptable levels.
- You have significant electrolyte (blood salt) imbalances as judged by the doctor.
- Your urine protein levels are too high.
- You have high blood pressure that is not well controlled by medication (above 140/90 mmHg).
- You currently have active stomach or bowel ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, active bleeding from a tumour, or a history of a hole or abnormal opening in the bowel that has not fully healed after surgery.
- You have had a blood clot in an artery or deep vein in the past 6 months, or any bleeding problems or bleeding episodes in the past 2 months.
- You have had a stroke or mini-stroke (TIA) within the past 12 months.
- You have had serious heart problems within the past 6 months, including heart failure, heart attack, severe chest pain, or heart bypass surgery, or your heart pumping function is below an acceptable level.
- You have fluid build-up around the lungs, in the abdomen, or around the heart that cannot be controlled with treatment.
- You have previously received certain types of immunotherapy drugs that work on immune checkpoint pathways (such as anti-PD-1, anti-PD-L1, or anti-CTLA-4 treatments).
- You received any form of radiotherapy within the past 4 weeks.
- You currently have, or have had in the past 5 years, another type of cancer (with some exceptions for certain fully treated minor skin or early-stage cancers — confirm with trial site).
- You have a known history of significant liver disease, including active hepatitis B or C infection with detectable virus levels, or liver cirrhosis.
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or unwilling to use effective contraception during the study.
- The trial doctor believes there is any other medical or personal reason that makes participation unsuitable for you (confirm with trial site).
