Who might be able to join this trial:
- Men who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a neurologist, with symptoms affecting one or both sides of the body and mild to moderate disability (rated Stage I to III on a scale called the Hoehn and Yahr scale)
- People aged between 51 and 70 years old
- People with a body mass index (a measure of body weight relative to height) between 18.5 and 24.9

- People with a history of, or currently experiencing, serious heart or blood vessel conditions
- People with a history of, or currently experiencing, serious neurological (brain or nerve) conditions other than Parkinson's disease
- People with a history of, or currently experiencing, serious breathing or lung conditions
- People with serious kidney problems, including a specific blood marker above a certain level, or acute or chronic kidney disease (confirm with trial site)
- People with a history of, or currently experiencing, serious hormonal or gland-related conditions
- People with a history of, or currently experiencing, severe arthritis
- People with a history of, or currently experiencing, serious liver conditions
- People with a history of, or currently experiencing, serious cancer
- People with a history of, or currently experiencing, serious psychiatric (mental health) conditions
- People currently taking iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium, or general multivitamin supplements
- People who are already doing yoga or breathing exercises as part of their routine
