Who may be able to join
- People aged 18 years or older who also meet at least one of the following conditions:
- People who have extensive ulcerative colitis, indeterminate inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), or Crohn's disease affecting at least one-third of the colon, with a diagnosis history of at least 8 years
- People who have IBD or indeterminate IBD along with a liver condition called primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC)
- People who have IBD or indeterminate IBD and have a parent, sibling, or child who has had bowel cancer

- People who have a medical reason why a dye used during the procedure cannot be safely used for them

- People who are pregnant
- People who are not able to give their own informed consent to participate
