Who might be able to join this trial:

For people with Parkinson's disease:

• People who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease
• People whose Parkinson's disease is at a mild to moderate stage (stage 3 or below on a standard rating scale)
• People who score 26 or higher on a standard memory and thinking test (Mini Mental State Examination)
• People who are able to give written consent to participate
• People who have completed at least secondary school education
• People who have a regular caregiver living with them at home

For caregivers:

• People who care for the patient at least 3 days per week
• People who have been caring for the patient for at least 3 months
• People who have completed at least secondary school education

Who may not be able to join:

For people with Parkinson's disease:

• People whose Parkinson's-like symptoms are caused by medication rather than a true Parkinson's disease diagnosis
• People who have been diagnosed with major depression or a persistent low mood condition (as defined by standard psychiatric guidelines)
• People who have other neurological or psychiatric conditions
• People whose memory and thinking test results suggest early-stage dementia
• People who are unable to follow the study procedures, for example due to language barriers or psychological difficulties
