Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be 18 years old or older.
- You must be able to understand and sign a consent form agreeing to take part.

- You have previously had a stem cell transplant, either using your own cells or cells from a donor.
- You have a blood condition called hemoglobin SS disease (sickle cell disease) or hemoglobin S trait that prevents you from safely receiving a drug called G-CSF.
- You have a history of serious mental confusion or psychiatric episodes caused by steroids that needed medical treatment.
- You have type 1 or type 2 diabetes that is poorly managed or has unstable blood sugar levels, making it unsafe in the doctor's opinion to receive a steroid medication called dexamethasone as part of the treatment (confirm with trial site).
- You have previously had a serious whole-body reaction to the study drug motixafortide.
