- A specialist team has decided your tumor could potentially be removed or is on the borderline of being removable with surgery
- Your tumor is considered unsuitable for a specific type of targeted radiation treatment called SBRT (confirm with trial site)
- There is a known or suspected possibility that your cancer has spread to your brain or spinal cord
- You have been diagnosed with another cancer in the past 5 years (with some exceptions for certain minor skin cancers and early cervical conditions)
- You need to receive any other cancer treatments at the same time as this trial, such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, or certain herbal medicines with anti-cancer effects
- You have previously received chemotherapy or certain types of immunotherapy drugs (confirm with trial site for specific medicines)
- You have an immune system condition, or you have been taking steroid medicines or other immune-suppressing drugs recently
- You have received a live vaccine (such as those for measles, chickenpox, or yellow fever) within the past 30 days
- You have high blood pressure that has not been brought under control despite treatment
- You have serious heart problems, such as severe heart failure, a heart attack, or unstable chest pain within the past 6 months
- You have a heart rhythm problem that requires treatment
