- You have been referred by a Penn Medicine Thoracic Oncology doctor or care team to receive support for depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns
Who may not be able to join:
- You are already receiving talk therapy or psychotherapy services outside of Penn Medicine's own collaborative care program (called Penn Integrated Care)
- You have a serious untreated physical health condition or mental health condition — such as another cancer, schizophrenia, or active thoughts of harming yourself or others — that would make you ineligible for the Penn collaborative care program (confirm with trial site)
