Who may be able to join
- Adults aged 18 to 75 years or older, of any sex.
- People who have been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer (SCLC), confirmed through a tissue or cell sample test.

- People with an active or previously diagnosed autoimmune disease within the past 2 years.
- People with active or previously diagnosed inflammatory bowel disease, such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis.
- People with a history of a primary immune system deficiency condition.
- People who have had an organ transplant and require ongoing medication to suppress their immune system.
- People with serious uncontrolled illnesses, including active infections, certain heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, active stomach ulcers, active bleeding disorders, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or mental health or personal circumstances that would make it difficult to follow the study requirements or give informed consent.
- People with a known history of tuberculosis.
- People who have had another primary cancer diagnosed within the 5 years before starting treatment, with the exception of certain treated skin cancers or cervical cancer in situ.
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people of reproductive potential who are not using an effective method of contraception.
