Who may be able to join
- Adults aged 18 years or older.
- People who have been diagnosed with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (a type of lung cancer that has spread widely), confirmed by a laboratory analysis of tumor tissue.
- People whose cancer came back or got worse either during their first round of platinum-based chemotherapy, or within 6 months of finishing it.
- People for whom enough tumor tissue or fluid from around a tumor is available to grow in a laboratory for testing purposes.

- People with an expected survival of at least 3 months.

- Female participants who are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and who either are not able to become pregnant, or agree to use effective contraception throughout treatment and for at least 180 days after the last dose, or have had a negative pregnancy test within 72 hours before starting treatment.
- People who are willing to take part voluntarily, sign a consent form, and follow the trial's follow-up procedures.
Who may not be able to join

- People who have had another type of cancer within the past 5 years that is still progressing or requires active treatment.
- People who have an active infection, serious organ problems, or other medical reasons that would make anti-cancer treatment unsafe.
- People for whom tumor tissue cannot be obtained, or for whom there is not enough fluid from around a tumor to collect.
- People with an expected survival of less than 3 months.
- People who are unable to complete the standard treatment procedures or attend regular follow-up appointments.
