Who may be able to join
- People aged 18 years or older.
- People with a performance status score (a measure of general health and ability to carry out daily activities) of 70 or above on the Karnofsky scale (confirm with trial site).

- People who have had a full set of body scans before starting treatment, including a contrast-enhanced brain MRI and a contrast-enhanced chest CT scan.
- People who have given their informed consent to take part in the trial.
Who may not be able to join

- People who have more than one primary cancer or cancer that has spread from another part of the body (an exception may apply for certain early skin cancers or cervical carcinoma in situ that was fully treated more than 5 years ago with no return or worsening — confirm with trial site).

- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
