Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have previously been diagnosed with a confirmed form of one of these cancers that cannot be surgically removed, has spread locally, or has spread to other parts of the body: non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, or head and neck squamous cell carcinoma
- People with non-small cell lung cancer (adenocarcinoma type) or colorectal cancer who have had specific genetic testing done on their tumour to look for certain gene changes (EGFR for lung cancer; KRAS/NRAS/BRAF for colorectal cancer)
- People whose cancer can be measured or detected on scans — for the second part of the trial, at least one tumour must be measurable using standard criteria called RECIST v1.1 (confirm with trial site)
- People who are relatively well and able to carry out daily activities, as measured by a standard scale called the ECOG performance status score of 0 or 1
- People whose blood test results show that their blood, kidneys, and liver are functioning within the required ranges for this trial
Who may not be able to join:
- People with a past history of a lung condition called interstitial lung disease (ILD) or pneumonitis, including cases caused by certain cancer immunotherapy drugs or radiation that needed steroid treatment
- People who are still experiencing side effects from previous cancer treatment that have not improved to a mild level (Grade 1 or lower)
- People who have had a significant active infection — viral, bacterial, or fungal — requiring treatment (other than creams or topical medicines) within the 7 days before the first dose of the trial treatment
- People who have had a significant heart or blood vessel condition within the 6 months before signing the consent form for this trial
- People with a history of a second, separate cancer, if that cancer or its treatment is likely to interfere with measuring how safe or effective this trial's treatment is (confirm with trial site)
