Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been diagnosed with breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body (stages that may include the breast and nearby lymph nodes, but no distant spread), confirmed by a tissue sample (biopsy)
  • You are being considered for chemotherapy treatment given before surgery (called neoadjuvant chemotherapy)
  • You are 18 years old or older

  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have another active cancer at the same time as your breast cancer

  • You are already doing more than 150 minutes of moderate or intense aerobic exercise per week on a regular basis
  • You are a male patient with breast cancer
  • You have previously had another cancer that was treated with chemotherapy
  • You have a severe or poorly managed mental health condition, including uncontrolled substance use (confirm with trial site)
