Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are willing and able to sign a written consent form agreeing to take part.
- People who are expected to live for at least 3 months.

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had another type of cancer (other than pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma) within the past 5 years.
- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain, spinal cord, or the lining around the brain and spinal cord.
- People who have fluid build-up around the lungs, heart, or abdomen that is causing symptoms or needing to be drained repeatedly.
- People who have previously been treated with a type of drug that blocks TGF-β or with anti-angiogenic drugs (medicines that target blood vessel growth in tumours).
- People who have a history of non-infectious lung inflammation that required treatment with steroid medication.
- People with a history of serious bleeding problems or issues with blood clotting.
- People with a history of heart muscle inflammation, disease of the heart muscle, or serious irregular heart rhythms.
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
