Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome, confirmed by both a physical examination and nerve testing
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You are able to read and write
- You are willing to take part in the study
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a history of diabetes, a long-term inflammatory condition, an active infection, or cancer
- You are younger than 18 or older than 65 years old
- You are unable to read or write
- You do not wish to participate in the study
- You have a condition that causes nerve pain, such as polyneuropathy (damage to multiple nerves), radiculopathy (a pinched nerve in the spine), or multiple sclerosis
- You have had an injection or surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome in the last 6 months
