Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are male or female, aged between 50 and 80 years old
- People who have previously been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's Disease (a specific form of Parkinson's where the cause is unknown), based on their own report
- People who have been taking dopamine replacement medication (such as levodopa) for at least 2 years
- People who have been on a stable, unchanged dose of their dopamine replacement medication for at least 3 months, with no planned changes in the next two months

- People with any unstable medical condition
- People who use Deep Brain Stimulation (a device surgically implanted to help manage Parkinson's symptoms)
- People who have had surgery to remove part of the stomach or bowel
- People for whom having blood drawn is not medically advisable (confirm with trial site)
