Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have relapsed or treatment-resistant multiple myeloma and have previously been treated with three specific types of therapy: a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory drug (IMiD), and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody (a type of targeted therapy).

- People who have received an antibody-based immunotherapy (such as a monoclonal antibody, bispecific antibody, or antibody-drug conjugate) within 21 days before the trial start date.
- People who have received a proteasome inhibitor or immunomodulatory drug within 14 days before the trial start date.
- People who have had a stem cell transplant using their own cells within 100 days before the trial start date.
- People who have had a stem cell transplant using a donor's cells within 180 days before the trial start date.
- People who have received a genetically modified cell therapy (such as CAR-T cell therapy) within 12 weeks before the trial start date.
- People who have received high-dose corticosteroid treatment (equivalent to 140 mg or more of prednisone in total) within 14 days before the trial start date.
