Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have been newly diagnosed with a specific type of pancreatic cancer called pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) that has not spread beyond the pancreas area
- You are being seen at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center-Comprehensive Cancer Center (OSUMC-CCC)
- You are planning to receive treatment (such as chemotherapy) before having surgery to remove the tumor
- Your pre-surgery treatment and/or surgery can take place at a different hospital or facility if needed
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently incarcerated
- People who are not able to give their own informed consent to participate
- People who are unlikely to be able to have surgery after their pre-surgery treatment, due to the location of the tumor or their overall physical health (confirm with trial site)
- People whose cancer has already spread to other parts of the body, either confirmed or suspected
- People who have already completed 2 or more rounds (cycles) of chemotherapy
