Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have had atrial fibrillation (AF) or an irregular heart rhythm called atypical atrial flutter return after a previous procedure to treat it (called pulmonary vein isolation, or PVI)

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose heart's main pumping chamber is working at less than 30% of its normal capacity
- People whose left upper heart chamber (left atrium) is enlarged beyond a certain size, specifically a volume index greater than 72 mL/m² (confirm with trial site)
- People who have an overactive thyroid gland that has not yet been treated
- People who have a condition called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, where the heart muscle is abnormally thick
- People who have serious problems with one or more of their heart valves
