Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People diagnosed with an advanced solid tumour that has a specific gene change called a KRAS mutation, in one of these cancer types: pancreatic cancer (ductal adenocarcinoma), colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, platinum-resistant serous ovarian cancer, bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma), or bladder cancer (urothelial)
  • People whose cancer has continued to grow or spread after receiving at least one standard treatment
  • People whose cancer can be measured on scans, according to a standard set of measurement rules called RECIST v1.1 (confirm with trial site)
  • People with a general health and activity level rated as ECOG 0 or 1, meaning someone who is fully active or has only minor limitations in physically demanding activities (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have had an active, serious infection requiring anti-infective treatment within the 28 days before starting the trial
  • People with an active heart or blood vessel (cardiovascular) condition
  • People who have a second, separate active cancer that is currently being treated with systemic cancer therapy
  • People with liver problems or reduced liver function
  • People with untreated cancer that has spread to the brain, or with unstable neurological (brain or nervous system) problems
  • People with inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis)
  • People with an active, untreated overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism)
  • People who have had lupus erythematosus (an autoimmune condition) within the past 5 years
