Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathic pain (nerve pain originating outside the brain and spinal cord) according to standard international criteria
- People whose pain started at least three months ago
- People experiencing at least moderate pain levels, rated 3 or above on a standard pain scale
- People aged 18 years or older
- People whose pain medications or treatments have remained unchanged for at least two weeks before joining and are expected to stay the same throughout the trial

Who may not be able to join:
- People for whom TMS treatment is considered unsafe, such as those who have metal implants in their body or a history of seizures

- People with significant communication difficulties (aphasia) or problems with memory and thinking, as measured by a standard cognitive screening tool
- People with serious illness caused by cancer or other major conditions
- People with severe heart or lung problems, or who are in a state of extreme physical weakness
- People with a history of misuse of alcohol or drugs
