Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are scheduled for a planned (non-emergency) surgical procedure called a pancreaticoduodenectomy (a major operation to remove part of the pancreas) for a cancerous growth.
- People whose pancreas is found during surgery to have a soft, delicate texture, as confirmed by the surgeon's assessment at the time of the operation.
- People aged between 18 and 75 years.

- People whose pancreas is found during surgery to have a hard or firm texture, as assessed by the surgeon.
- People requiring emergency surgery.
- People who have previously had surgery on the pancreas or a surgical join (anastomosis) involving the pancreas.
- People in whom the cancer is found during surgery to be impossible to fully remove.
- People with a known allergy to cyanoacrylate (a type of surgical glue) or its components.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People with an active infection or sepsis (a serious, body-wide response to infection) at the time of the procedure.
- People who are unable to attend or complete the required follow-up visits.
