Who may be able to join
- Adults (male or female) aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or unspecified inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) for at least 1 month

Who may not be able to join

- People who have previously had their colon surgically removed
- People who are unable to communicate clearly with the study team or are unable to follow the study requirements
- People with a serious medical condition that could interfere with readings from a wearable device, such as heart failure, or having a pacemaker or defibrillator
- People who are already enrolled in, or planning to enrol in, another clinical trial related to IBD that involves an active treatment or intervention
