Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must be 18 years old or older
• You must have been diagnosed with lung cancer, colon cancer, or Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (a type of blood cancer)
• You must have finished your cancer treatment (such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy) at least six months ago — or you have cancer that has spread but you are not currently receiving any cancer treatment
• You must be able to provide a saliva sample
• You must be willing to give your consent to take part and agree to be randomly placed into a group as part of the study
• You must be able to read and complete questionnaires written in English

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose primary cancer is anal cancer or rectal cancer cannot join
• People who are currently receiving active cancer treatment cannot join
• People who have mouth problems or any other condition that makes it difficult to produce saliva cannot join
• People who are unable to take part for the full length of the study, including any follow-up period afterwards, cannot join
• People who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study cannot join
• People who currently practice yoga or a stress-reduction technique called SMART cannot join
• People who are currently taking steroid medications (corticosteroids) cannot join
• People who have had a fall or a fainting episode within the last six months cannot join
