Who may be able to join
- People aged 18 or older at the time of signing the consent form.
- People who have had their non-small cell lung cancer (a type of lung cancer) completely removed by surgery, confirmed by laboratory testing, and classified as Stage II or IIIA.

- People who have taken steroid medications above a certain dose (more than 10 mg of prednisone per day or equivalent) or other immune-suppressing drugs within 2 weeks before the first dose of the trial treatment.
- People whose lung cancer has been found to have specific genetic changes known as EGFR-sensitive mutations or ALK gene translocations.
- People who have previously been treated with certain types of immunotherapy drugs, including those targeting CTLA-4, PD-1, PD-L1, or PD-L2, or similar treatments that affect the immune system's T cells.
- People who have an active autoimmune disease or a history of autoimmune conditions, including but not limited to autoimmune hepatitis, lung inflammation or scarring, eye inflammation, bowel inflammation, pituitary gland problems, blood vessel inflammation, kidney inflammation, or thyroid disorders.
