Who might be able to join this trial:
- Children aged 8 to 12 years old who are Chinese and living in Hong Kong
- Able to read Chinese and speak Cantonese or Mandarin
- From a low-income family
- Showing signs of being at risk of depression and/or anxiety, based on screening questionnaires completed during the sign-up process
Who may not be able to join:
- Children who have a long-term health condition, or who have difficulties with learning or thinking/understanding
- Children who are currently taking part in, or have previously taken part in, any music-based programme or therapy — or whose brothers or sisters have done so
