Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 18 and 80 years old.
• You have Parkinson's disease tremor, essential tremor, or dystonic tremor that has not been well controlled by medication.
• You are willing to shave the hair on the part of your head where the treatment will be applied.
• Your tremor medications (types and doses) have stayed the same for at least 4 weeks before joining the study.
• Your liver and kidney are working normally, based on blood test results (confirm with trial site).
• If you can become pregnant, or if your partner can become pregnant, you must agree to use reliable contraception from the start of treatment until at least 6 months after the last treatment.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have certain metal implants in your head or body that are not safe for MRI scans, such as metal clips, certain shunts, cochlear implants, deep brain stimulators, pacemakers, or implantable heart devices.
• There are any problems along the path where the ultrasound travels through your skull, such as scalp scars, skin conditions like eczema, open wounds, scalp thinning, or calcium deposits in the skull found on imaging.
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
• You are taking an experimental drug as part of another clinical trial.
• You have been diagnosed with severe depression (based on a specific depression questionnaire score) in the past year, or you have had thoughts of suicide.
• You have any other condition that the study doctor believes could interfere with the treatment or put you at greater risk (confirm with trial site).
• You have a brain tumor, abnormal blood vessels in the brain, or a significant past brain injury.
• You have significant psychiatric or memory-related symptoms based on a standard assessment (confirm with trial site).
• You are taking blood-thinning (anticoagulant) medications.
• You are taking medications known to make tremor worse.
• Your tremor is caused by a metabolic problem or a psychological condition.
