Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older at the time of screening (or 19 or older, depending on local regulations)
- People whose liver, kidneys, and other organs are functioning well enough to meet the trial's requirements

- People with active Hepatitis B or active Hepatitis C infection, or a known history of these infections
- People who currently have or have previously had active tuberculosis, or who have an active, uncontrolled infection, or a serious infection within the 4 weeks before starting the study treatment
- People with a history of chronic liver disease or liver scarring (cirrhosis), unless their liver is affected by cancer that has spread there
- People who have an autoimmune disease that has needed ongoing medical treatment in the past 2 years
- People who have previously received immunotherapy treatments that work in a similar way to the drug being studied in this trial (GI-102)
- People who have been diagnosed with a condition that weakens the immune system, or who have been taking steroid tablets or other immune-suppressing medicines within the 2 weeks before the trial begins
