- You have been diagnosed with a heart or blood vessel (cardiovascular) condition, are male or female, and are older than 22 years of age
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
- You agree to follow the study's procedures and requirements throughout the trial
- You are either being monitored as an outpatient for a cardiovascular condition, or your doctors have recommended a procedure such as a heart valve replacement, a procedure to treat an irregular heartbeat, or a procedure to open blocked heart arteries
- You have little or no risk of skin damage, based on a standard assessment tool or your care team's evaluation
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a skin condition such as vitiligo, lupus, or eczema (atopic dermatitis), or have tattoos on your wrist that could interfere with the smartwatch's sensor readings
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to materials used in wearable devices, such as adhesives or electrode pads
- You are unable to use wearable monitoring devices due to physical, thinking/memory, or technology-related difficulties
- You have a type of medical line inserted into a vein (PICC line) or a surgically created connection between an artery and vein in your arm (arteriovenous fistula)
- You have an implanted heart device such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, or cardiac resynchronization device that would prevent a smartwatch from recording a heart tracing (ECG)
- You have been diagnosed with a condition that causes narrowing or blockage of certain major arteries (such as certain types of aortic dissection, Takayasu arteritis, Subclavian Steal Syndrome, or Kawasaki disease), which could affect blood pressure readings between your arms (confirm with trial site)
