• People who have had a digestive tract infection in the past 3 months, if the trial doctor considers it medically significant
• People who have had major surgery on the digestive tract (not including appendix or gallbladder removal) — such as weight-loss surgery, stomach removal, or bowel surgery — if the trial doctor considers it medically significant
• People who have a current or past eating disorder, if the trial doctor considers it medically significant
• People who have taken antibiotic tablets, capsules, or injections (affecting the whole body) within the 6 months before enrolling
