Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 51 or older, of any gender, who have been diagnosed with typical Parkinson's disease that does not have a known cause.
• People whose Parkinson's symptoms fall within a mild to moderate range on a standard scale used by doctors (Hoehn & Yahr stages I to III).
• People who feel their memory or thinking skills have been getting worse, or are worse compared to others their age, or who have concerns about their memory or thinking — and who can name at least one everyday thinking or memory challenge they would like help with.
• People whose medications have been stable for at least 4 weeks before joining, with no medication changes planned during the main treatment part of the study.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have been diagnosed with dementia, or who score below 21 on a standard thinking and memory test called the MoCA.
• People who have another neurological condition, such as a history of stroke or seizures.
• People who have, or have had, a major psychiatric condition such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, or who experience symptoms such as hallucinations or delusions, or who have a history of drug abuse. (Note: anxiety and depression related to Parkinson's disease may be acceptable if the trial site determines these would not interfere with participation.)
• People whose circumstances would make it difficult to participate — for example, those who do not speak English, those who are blind, or those who live more than 50 miles from the trial site.
