Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more)

- People whose baby scores 6 or below on a specific ultrasound-based health check (called a biophysical profile) (confirm with trial site)
- People who have low amniotic fluid (the fluid surrounding the baby)
- People who do not wish to give their consent to participate
- People whose baby has been found to have a physical abnormality
- People who have experienced placental abruption (when the placenta separates from the uterus too early)
- People who have a condition called antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, which affects blood clotting
