Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 to 70 years
- People who are willing and able to sign a consent form agreeing to take part
- People who have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that cannot be surgically removed, confirmed by a tissue sample test
- People who have already tried standard first-line cancer treatments that either did not work or caused side effects too difficult to tolerate, OR people who have not yet had standard first-line treatments and prefer to pursue the study therapy instead
- People with a general health score of 2 or below on a standard activity scale, and with a life expectancy of at least 3 months (confirm with trial site)
- People whose liver, kidney, and bone marrow are functioning at a broadly normal level
Who may not be able to join:
- People who need blood-thinning (anticoagulant) medication
- People who have an active infection, or who have previously had a bone marrow or organ transplant
- People who have a condition where the immune system attacks the body (autoimmune or autoinflammatory disease)
- People with a history of serious heart or stroke-related conditions, or certain lung conditions including interstitial lung disease or non-infectious pneumonia
- People who have received a live vaccine within 30 days before joining the trial
- People whose bone marrow does not respond to the mobilisation process needed for the study treatment (confirm with trial site)
- People whom the trial investigators consider unsuitable for any other reason
