Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have been diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) based on standard diagnostic guidelines (DSM-5), as assessed by a psychologist during a video call

  • People who are currently misusing drugs or alcohol
  • People who are currently experiencing a serious physical health condition or significant social difficulties that a clinician judges would be too great a barrier to completing the treatment
