• People who have used probiotics or antibiotics in the past 8 weeks
• People who have been regularly using laxatives in the past 8 weeks
• People with severe swallowing difficulties, as assessed by a scale called the Functional Oral Intake Scale (confirm with trial site)
• People who are receiving nutrition through a tube or directly into a vein
• People who have been receiving professional nutritional care or monitoring in the past 3 months
