Who might be able to join this trial:

• People with an active autoimmune disease, with some exceptions such as type 1 diabetes or an underactive thyroid that does not need full-body (systemic) treatment
• People who had a serious breathing condition requiring hospitalisation in the past 28 days
• People who have had significant or uncontrolled heart or blood vessel problems in the past 6 months
• People with poorly controlled blood sugar levels (fasting blood glucose above 10mmol/L)
• People who have received a donor organ transplant or stem cell transplant from another person
• People with an active HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C infection, or who needed intravenous antibiotics or antiviral treatment in the 14 days before the trial drug would start
• People still experiencing side effects from previous cancer treatments that have not improved to a mild or resolved level, except for hair loss or certain hormone-related side effects
• People who have previously received a specific type of cancer drug called a Topo-I payload ADC, or a therapy targeting a protein called CDH17
• People who have received other cancer treatments within a certain period before the trial drug would start (confirm exact timeframes with trial site)
