  • For interviews (Sub-Aim 1a): You work or have a role in one of these areas: a community organization related to cancer care, providing healthcare to cancer patients or survivors, or cancer health education — and you are able to complete an interview

  • For the main intervention: You live in one of the named municipalities in southern Puerto Rico (Ponce, Arroyo, Coamo, Yauco, Salinas, Guanica, Guayanilla, Juana Diaz, Adjuntas, Guayama, Patillas, Santa Isabel, Penuelas, or Villalba), live in a limited-resource community as defined by the CDC Social Vulnerability Index, and were diagnosed with cancer as an adult

Who may not be able to join:

  • You live outside the southern Puerto Rico catchment area covered by this study
