Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with a locally advanced, inoperable, or spreading (metastatic) solid tumour cancer that has a specific gene change called a KRAS mutation or amplification, confirmed by laboratory testing of tumour tissue.
- People joining the specific group called "Arm D" must have a tumour that tests positive for a protein called PD-L1 at a level of 50% or higher.
- People who have already received the standard recommended treatments for their cancer, have been assessed as not suitable for those treatments, or have chosen not to receive them after being fully informed of their options.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord (central nervous system) that has not yet been treated.
- People who currently have another active cancer requiring treatment, or who have had a separate cancer that was active at any point in the two years before starting this trial.
- People who have a history of, or current signs of, a lung condition called interstitial lung disease or non-infectious inflammation of the lungs (pneumonitis) — though lung inflammation caused by previous radiation therapy in the treated area may be permitted (confirm with trial site).
- People who have previously had a serious severe skin reaction, such as Stevens-Johnson Syndrome or toxic epidermal necrolysis.
