Who might be able to join this trial:
For patients:
- People who have given their documented agreement to take part in the study

- People who have already completed five or more cycles of their first-line treatment, or who have started a second round of treatment
- People who currently have another active cancer diagnosis
- People who have already undergone an autologous stem cell transplant (a procedure using a person's own stem cells)
- People who would not be able to complete the study's required assessments
For healthcare professionals:
- People who directly report to the study's principal investigator, Dr. Richard Lee
- People who are already members of the study team, or who were involved in designing or analysing the survey
- People who have a real or perceived conflict of interest that could influence their survey responses
