Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who identify as white and are aged between 18 and 45 years old
- People who have not smoked for at least 6 months before the study begins
- People whose body mass index (BMI) falls between 18 and 30 (a standard measure of body weight relative to height)
- People who are considered to be in good general health, based on their medical history, a physical check-up, and basic measurements like blood pressure and heart rate

- People with a history of any illness or condition that, in the investigator's opinion, could affect the study results
- People with a history of serious or severe allergies, including to medications
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, planning to become pregnant, or are able to become pregnant and are not using a reliable form of contraception
- People who regularly take prescription or non-prescription medications that, in the investigator's opinion, could affect the study results
- People who regularly use lotions, oils, hair removal products, makeup, or other products on their feet and are unable to stop using them for the duration of the study
- People who have skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, scleroderma, keloids, tumours, ulcers, burns, or skin grafts on the inner forearm or top of the feet, or any other skin abnormality that may interfere with study assessments
- People with excessive hair growth on the inner forearms or the top of the feet
- People whose heart rate, or blood pressure readings fall outside the accepted ranges at the screening visit, after at least 10 minutes of lying down (confirm with trial site for exact values)
- People who are unable to avoid caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea, or cola for 24 hours before each study visit, or who drink more than 4 caffeinated drinks per day during the study
- People who are unable to avoid alcohol for 24 hours before each study visit, currently use illegal drugs, or have a history of substance or alcohol misuse
- People who are currently taking part in, or have taken part in, another clinical trial involving an experimental drug within the past 4 weeks
- People who have any other situation or condition that, in the investigator's opinion, could affect their safe participation in the study
