Who may be able to join
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with early-stage non-small cell lung cancer (stage IA, meaning the tumour is 3 cm or smaller and has not spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body), confirmed through a tissue or cell sample
- People who are planned to have surgery or a bronchoscopy-based procedure to treat their lung cancer (such as removal of a lung segment, removal of a lobe, or a robotic or navigation-guided ablation procedure)

- People who are unable or unwilling to complete lung function (breathing) tests
