Who may be able to join
- People aged 18 to 75 years who have a relatively good level of physical functioning (as measured by a standard medical scale called ECOG, scored 0 to 2).
- People who have been diagnosed with stage IV non-small cell lung cancer or extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has spread to the liver, with at least one liver tumour measuring 1 cm or more.

- People who are willing to join the trial voluntarily and sign a written consent form.

Who may not be able to join

- People who have an active autoimmune disease, or a history of certain autoimmune conditions such as lung inflammation, eye inflammation, bowel or liver inflammation, hormone gland problems, blood vessel inflammation, heart muscle inflammation, kidney inflammation, or thyroid conditions (note: thyroid conditions that are well controlled with hormone replacement therapy may still be eligible — confirm with trial site); people who have previously had liver radiotherapy or a liver transplant; or people with a history of liver scarring at a significant level, high blood pressure in the liver's blood vessels, or episodes of confusion caused by liver failure.
- People with a congenital or acquired immune system deficiency, including HIV infection, active hepatitis B, active hepatitis C, or a combined hepatitis B and C infection.
- People with serious or uncontrolled heart conditions, including moderate-to-severe heart failure, unstable chest pain (angina), a heart attack within the past year, or significant irregular heart rhythms that require medical treatment.
- People who had a serious infection or significant other illness in the 4 weeks before the first trial treatment.
- People who have previously received a transplanted organ or bone marrow/stem cells from another person.
- People who have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years.
- People who are known to be allergic to any of the medicines used in this trial or their ingredients.
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people of childbearing potential who are not willing to use effective contraception during the trial.
- People with a more severe level of liver insufficiency, classified as Child-Pugh class B or C (confirm with trial site).
- People who the trial investigator determines have any other reason that would make participation unsafe or unsuitable.
