Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been formally diagnosed with multiple myeloma according to recognised international diagnostic standards, with signs of the disease still measurable at the time of screening by a central laboratory
- People who have already received at least 3 previous treatment courses for multiple myeloma, including one from each of three specific drug types: a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory drug, and an anti-CD38 antibody treatment
- People whose multiple myeloma has come back, gotten worse, or did not respond to their most recent treatment, as determined by their doctor using standard international criteria
- People who have stopped all other cancer treatments (including certain types of radiotherapy) or experimental treatments before joining the trial
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities falls within a specific range on a standard medical scale (scored 0 to 2 out of 4) at the time of screening and before starting the trial treatment
Who may not be able to join:
- People with known or suspected allergies or sensitivities to any ingredients in the trial drug, JNJ-79635322
- People who have had major surgery within 2 weeks before the first trial dose, or who have major surgery planned during the treatment period of the trial
- People who have active or previously confirmed involvement of multiple myeloma in the brain or spinal fluid, or who show clinical signs of the disease affecting the membranes around the brain or spinal cord
- People who have a condition called leptomeningeal disease, where cancer has spread to the fluid and membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord
- People who have, or have previously had, a second type of cancer whose natural course or treatment could likely interfere with the trial's results or the safety assessment of the study treatment
